Banquet Service Manager (m/f/d)

You take over the coordination of banquet events on site and make sure everything goes smoothly Your job is to guide the service team at the events and to provide first-class service together with your team Meetings with guests are in your area of responsibility so that every wish and every request is taken into account You are responsible for leading trainees and team members and supporting them in their development

You bring a welcoming host personality, the guests are delighted and welcome With fluent German and English skills you communicate safely and professionally in both languages Your structured work combined with flexibility allows you to keep an overview even in hectic situations With your completed professional training in the hotel and several years of professional experience in the banquet area, you are perfectly equipped for this position You work independently and always prove your communication and team skills
