Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee DND (Dealer Network Development) sales operations in designated German regions, developing and executing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and strategies based on market capacity, consumer behavior, and competitor dynamics to achieve company-mandated sales and revenue goals.
  • Drive effective implementation of sales strategies across regional dealer networks, including product mix recommendations, pricing system maintenance, and promotional campaign execution, while monitoring results through data analysis for continuous optimization.
  • Maintain key dealer relationships, conducting regular visits and communications to identify operational challenges, coordinate internal resources, and provide actionable solutions.
  • Lead dealer sales team training in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards to enhance conversion rates.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, gathering end-customer insights (e.g., product preferences, price sensitivity) and competitor intelligence (e.g., discounts, channel policies), delivering analytical reports to HQ to inform product and strategys.
  • Establish key account profiles, spearhead tailored sales engagements, and design customized purchasing solutions to corporate client contributions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Automotive Engineering, International Business, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of automotive sales experience; prior dealership management or channel sales experience in Germany preferred.
  • Proven record of reaching regional sales targets; hands-on DND experience is a plus.
  • Native German proficiency and business-fluent English for negotiation, report drafting, and cross-departmental communication.
  • Strong market acumen and analytical skills, with experience translating sales data into actionable insights. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, balancing corporate-dealer interests while executing complex projects. Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving agility.
