Trainee office management assistant (m/f/d)

A practical training with dedicated trainees awaits you with their experience. You will learn, among other things, the organization and coordination of office operations, coordinate appointments, communicate with customers and support our colleagues in important projects You will get insights into the areas of personal and financial management, purchasing, reception and corporate communication as well as into the assistance areas of our insurance companies You get a variety of tasks and work actively in the day-to-day business, while also working on independent topics In an onboarding week and other exchange formats, you can contact trainees and dual students from other departments We plan in the long term and like to take you to the team after the training if this fits both sides

You have Abitur, Fachhochschulreife or the Middle School degree with good grades in German and Mathe You are interested in business relationships, planning and organization It's fun to learn new things and get active You have fun dealing with numbers, statistics and presentations as well as on the phone You are reliable, independent and team-oriented
