Project developer ground-mounted photovoltaics and battery storage

The Green Planet Projects GmbH has founded, projects, builds and operates clean power plants in 2001 as a subsidiary of Green Planet Energy eG. The development of renewable energy projects by Green Planet Projects takes place with consistent respect for social and economic responsibility in an environmentally friendly and participative way, taking into account a form of participation in the local environment. At the closest possible time, we are looking for a:n project developer in full time: for outdoor photovoltaics and battery storage at Green Planet Projects. In this position you are responsible for the development and implementation of solar parks including co-located battery storage systems. Your focus is on responsibility and independent submission of licensing procedures, credit financing and investment decisions. In addition, the acquisition of new areas, the testing of projects and the preparation of the construction process belongs to your tasks. Your tasks: • Promote and coordinate solar parks and battery storage in the approval process • Independent overview of all sub-tasks and actions of the project and coordination of tasks to technical colleagues: • Communication and coordination with external partners: from mayors:inside and public authorities, network operators and planning offices, to experts:inside and cooperation partners:inside • Negotiations and contract conclusion with supplier:inside • preparation of investment decisions by means of cost-effectiveness analyses, as well as technical, ecological and legal frameworks • Retrieval of necessary (part)applications and coordination with authorities • Acquisition of new areas, in particular negotiation and conclusion of lease agreements with landowners:inside and local political persuasion work on site • The position requires occasional external services and occasional operations outside the regular office hours, including participation in evening municipal council meetings in rural areas

Your profile: • You have completed your studies, ideally from the field of economics or BWL, law, spatial planning, landscape planning, architecture, (construction) engineering or a comparable qualification and have good business and legal knowledge • You take responsibility with joy and drive projects forward proactively and solely • Even with complex projects with many external business partners: you always keep an overview, because organization and prioritization are easy to find • Personally, you bring negotiation skills, enforcement skills, flexibility and willingness to use and can identify you with the objectives of our company • You convince by your sovereign appearance and your presentation skills • You are interested in licensing, planning, nature conservation and technical topics and are ready and able to quickly incorporate yourself into the necessary topics • Insufficient professional experience or volunteer experience in project management, as well as in the field of photovoltaics, or renewable energies are a plus point
