You are committed to the strategic orientation of the company and are providing advice and support to the management You ensure the timely and proper implementation of all tax obligations You identify potentials to improve tax processes and design efficient structures in the company You are available to the management as well as the specialist and executives as a specialist in tax and commercial matters You take responsibility for the creation and testing of HGB and Tax Law and for the production of tax returns and disclosures You represent the company to external institutions such as auditors and financial authorities You accompany tax audits and provide professional communication and documentation You analyze complex issues and develop sound fiscal and corporate solutions You lead the commercial department with overall responsibility and ensure a targeted organization and further development

Successfully completed economic studies (Uni/FH/DH) with a focus on tax and/or finance or a comparable training with a corresponding additional qualification, e.g. Tax advisors or auditors Practical experience in a tax department of a medium-sized company or a tax consultancy/audit office Knowledge of national tax law (including turnover tax, company and commercial law) Embossed analytical thinking capacity, independent and structured working Excellent communication capability, safe occurrence, team capability and enforcement capability Very good knowledge of the current MS Office package and SAP flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing Ideally first leadership experience
