Deputy Head of Nursing in Rendsburg (m/f/d)

The focus is on neurology, neurosurgery, child and youth medicine, vascular and thorax surgery as well as psychiatry. The clinic is a teaching hospital at the University of Kiel and operates its own educational centre with around 200 apprentices. For our surgical and conservative clinics as well as for Palliativmedizin, Frauen-, Kinder- und HNO-Medizin, we are looking for dedicated deputy areas (m/w/d) at the next possible time. Responsible deputy leadership: You support the management of organisational and human planning within the defined areas of responsibility. Quality assurance: You ensure a high-quality nursing care – based on current nursing knowledge, guidelines and individual needs of our patients of all ages. Strengthening team development: You support and strengthen your employees through targeted guidance, constructive feedback and an appreciation of communication – with the aim of continuously developing professional and personal skills. Efficient organization: You plan and coordinate workflows, resources and personnel deployment to ensure optimal station operation. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with the medical service, psychology, physiotherapy and other professional groups to ensure a holistic, patient-oriented and empathic care.

You have completed training in health care and nursing and contribute professional competence and responsibility in your daily work. In addition, you have successfully completed the training for the management of a care unit – preferably in one of the mentioned areas. You bring several years of professional experience in nursing, strong leadership skills and organizational talent. An open, value-adding communication and team capacity are just as good as a high sense of responsibility. In dealing with KIS systems (e.g. Medico) and the current MS Office applications, you are safe; basic IT skills complete your profile.
