Antitrust Compliance Specialist – limited until 31.12.2027 - REF93074K (m/f/d)

As Antitrust Compliance Specialist (m/w/d) you support the Head of Corporate Compliance in the area of Antitrust. You actively advance the development of the Group-wide antitrust compliance program and develop binding standards, guidelines and tailor-made training formats. In addition, you conduct training for different target groups in the company. In addition, you support the design and implementation of antitrust measures and work closely with the legal department, the relevant business units, central functions as well as internal and external specialists. Your duties include: Active participation in the further development and continuous improvement of the Continental compliance programme, in particular in the field of antitrust law Identification of Improving Potentials in the Compliance Program by Active Communication with the Regions Continuous development of the concept for association activities; central contact person for questions of all stakeholders ongoing improvement of global antitrust risk analysis; Point of contact for antitrust issues of all stakeholders Creation, review and updating of corporate policies and guidelines on antitrust law Control of the introduction of global antitrust initiatives Development of content for antitrust training and other prevention measures in close coordination with the competent unit Implementation of antitrust training for all Continental divisions and Group functions Development and implementation of further risk mitigation measures such as internal controls and monitoring mechanisms Control of Lessons-Learned Projects and Continuous Adaptation of the Efficiency of Cartel CMS Active monitoring of regulatory changes, best practices and industry and compliance trends Development and maintenance of a concept for knowledge exchange in the field of antitrust law to ensure that materials are relevant and up-to-date

Graduate in law or comparable qualification Professional experience in antitrust law/compliance in an international company, firm or audit firm Very good knowledge about Microsoft Office knowledge of German and English in word and writing; further language skills of advantage Self-employed and structured work Impressed oral and written communication skills and a strong team orientation High intercultural competence readiness to travel The applications of disabled people are welcome.
