QC Head of Analytics Finished Products (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the GMP-compliant assessment of raw analytical data and analytical results of finished products You'll start analysis certificates for finished products You support analytical issues and evaluate complex analytical problems You ensure the timely processing and release of analytics in your area of responsibility and, if necessary, supports other QC areas You process deviations, Complaints, Notifications as well as Investigation Cases and take appropriate measures You first, check and update SOPs as well as other GMP-relevant documents You are responsible for the timely processing of auditfindings and CAPA measures, and you can expect internal and external audits as well as customer requests You continuously develop existing processes and SOPs to ensure efficient and GMP-compliant design of workflows You identify optimization potentials and bottlenecks and implement improvements in quality, compliance, efficiency and timeliness You guide or support cross-departmental projects to continuously improve QC processes You conduct professional and disciplinary process group leaders in the laboratory and support their professional and personal development

Successfully completed scientific studies (e.g. chemistry, pharmacy, biology) or a comparable subject Multiannual professional experience in pharmaceutical quality control or comparable GMP-regulated environment Knowledge of the evaluation of analytical data and the release of starting materials Very good knowledge of GMP regulations and experience in dealing with deviations, CAPAs, Change Control and Audits Management experience and joy in the development and promotion of employees High quality awareness, decision-making strength and sense of responsibility Communication strength, organisational skills and team orientation Own initiative and the ability to actively promote changes and improvements
