Planning, organisation and monitoring of construction measures taking into account technical and economic objectives Management of the construction projects and the project teams including responsibility for the quality, cost and timely execution of the construction measures Construction and construction site results control, documentation and billing Procurement and management of subcontractors Management and supervision of the professional staff as well as close communication with planning offices and builders Subsequent design and negotiation Responsibility for safety and environmental protection at the construction site

Completed studies in the field of civil engineering or a comparable course of studies as an alternative a well-founded training as a construction technician Experience as a construction manager in the environment Civil engineering and/or other construction - desirable High level of self-initiative, commitment and result-oriented working methods as well as leadership and enforcement Good IT skills (calculation and costing software, MS-Office) and knowledge of relevant technical standards and regulations - desirable Teamability, communication joy and good self-organisation
