Who are we looking for:

For our “Network Economy” team, we are looking for a dedicated, motivated and qualified full-time power (39 hours per week) as soon as possible Manager (m/w/d) We are looking for a leading person who knows the core energy processes, actively driving digitization and AI and consistently aligning the network economy with process quality and customer orientation.

Total network responsibility: You will ensure the legally compliant implementation of the network economic processes, energy data management, measuring station operation and contract management. Revenue management and settlement: The responsibility for network usage accounting, measuring point operating fees, multi- and low-volume accounting as well as EEG and KWK accounting is within your task. Strategic further development of measuring point operation: With a view to cost-effectiveness, regulatory requirements and future market requirements, you continuously develop measuring point operation. IT and system landscape: The availability and further development of the network applications, in particular in the context of SAP IS-U, are ensured by you. Here, you actively drive the digital transformation of the network economy and consistently develop processes towards standardization, automation and AI-based working methods. Customer & Process Quality: You consistently align the processes of network management with the needs of our customers and ensure a high process quality as well as a positive customer experience. Control of external service providers: You control external service providers and partners in the fields of measurement, energy data management, IT and process operation. In doing so, you will ensure efficient cooperation and continuously develop performance in terms of quality, automation and economy. Reporting and key figures management: Relevant technical and economic indicators are analysed, prepared and provided for sound decisions. Organisational development: The strategic, organizational and business development of the area of responsibility is actively and forward-looking. Leadership and business objectives: You guide the area of responsibility professionally and disciplinaryly, secure the achievement of goals and promote a powerful and motivating work culture.

Your passion: Processes in the network industry not only understand professionally, but consider them in the interplay of billing, market communication and system landscape. You believe that excellent processes are the basis for excellent customer experiences. Your skills: Finding knowledge in energy data management, measuring point operation, regulatory environment, and in network IT systems, in particular SAP IS-U, are a feature. The use of automation solutions, data-driven analyses and AI applications is of course a modern network economy for you. Finding knowledge in the market processes of electricity and gas (e.g. GPKE, GeLi Gas, MaBiS) and a pronounced understanding of their implementation in the operating systems are advantageous. Your qualification: You have a successfully completed degree in business, economic engineering, engineering or a comparable qualification. Your experience: Ideally, you have at least three years of professional experience in the network industry and know the relevant processes from practice. Remuneration (13 salaries + premium) is based on the collective agreement of utilities (TV-V), which provides a salary framework of € 71.092.98 - 102.217.72 and is based on the qualifications and professional experience it brings. We are talking about this in our common knowledge. .
