Head of Department for Transfer Stations (m/f/d)

Head of the field of expertise, organisational and economic management of the responsibility Management and further development of employees and ensuring appropriate workflows, instruction and training Perception of staff responsibility of about 30 employees Ensuring safe and economical operation of the transfer stations, special installations and associated island networks Organisation and control of inspection, maintenance, repair and commissioning measures at the associated plants Monitoring compliance with legal, technical and regulatory requirements and implementation of audit, regulatory and safety requirements Analysis of faults, complaints and operating deviations and the initiation of sustainable measures to eliminate the causes Responsibility for work, health, fire, environmental and data protection requirements including risk assessments, operating instructions and derived measures Planning and control of maintenance measures and participation in investment, effort and personnel planning Coordination of readiness, operationally necessary switching operations and technical reporting and ensuring a reliable flow of information in the field

Graduate/Master in mechanical engineering, process engineering or a comparable qualification Experience in a technically demanding plant or operating environment Multiannual practice in operation, maintenance or technical responsibility of plants Experience in controlling technical interfaces as well as in managing employees desirable Safe handling of legal, technical and operational requirements Structured, solution-oriented and economic operation Responsibility, self-initiative and persuasiveness Leadership and joy in the development of employees readiness to take responsibility even in special operating situations, e.g. B. as part of the leadership
