KI-Manager (m/f/d)

You tax our AI activities: You are the first respondent for all AI topics in the company. You develop a clear prioritization of AI projects together with the disciplines. You coordinate internal and external partners and ensure that projects are successfully implemented. You keep an eye on dates, quality and economy. You develop AI solutions for everyday business: Together with the specialist areas, you identify applications for AI. You analyze business processes and develop specific applications. You accompany the introduction of new AI applications – from the first idea to productive use. You ensure that existing solutions are continuously improved and developed. You shape the change in the company: You support our executives and employees in introducing new AI applications. You plan rollouts, accompany changes and create acceptance for new ways of working. You work closely with IT, data protection, compliance and management. You understand between technical requirements and technical possibilities. You continue developing our AI strategy: You are continuously expanding our AI roadmap. You are testing new technologies and evaluating their benefits for our company. You derive concrete projects and suggestions for improvement. You recognize potentials for automation and efficiency enhancement and implement them together with the disciplines.

Funded training: Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification Funded technical understanding in the field of artificial intelligence and process automation. Expressed analytical skills to penetrate complex problems and make data-based decisions High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and the ability to work successfully both independently and in the team. The ability and the will to face up to new challenges and to develop and advance self-responsible issues
