For our customers we are looking for an experienced CNC milling machine (m/w/d) in 1-shift, which will be his/her experience in CNC programming and Precision production would like to be targeted. In this responsible position not only take over operation of machines, but actively shape production processes – from independent program creation up to production high-quality individual parts and small series. Your tasks:

• You take over independent programming, turnouts and Manufacture of individual parts and small series on modern 5-axis machining centres and ensure smooth operation Manufacturing process.
• Create and optimize CNC programs using the CAM system HyperMILL and actively contribute to the improvement of production processes .
• You manage and monitor the use of milling tools and ensure that tools are used economically and efficiently I have to say that I have to say that I do not think that I have to do so.
• They work closely with upstream and downstream areas and are in exchange with work preparation, production and sales, to ensure optimal results.

Your profile:

• You have a successfully completed training as

comparable qualification or multiannual Professional experience in the field of CNC milling. A further education for the Master or technician is advantageous.

• You have practical experience in the field Stainless steel cutting and know the peculiarities of different Materials and processing processes.
• You have compelling experience in independent creation and Customizing CNC programs – no more pure is sought Machine operator.
• You have experience in dealing with Siemens and Fanuc controls and can safely apply them.
• They work safely with measuring and testing equipment and place large Value for accuracy and quality.
• They are characterized by a clean, structured and reliable operation and retain even in demanding Task the overview.
• You like to work in the team, bring flexibility and own a class B licence.
