IT Service Owner (m/w/d) For our company headquarters in Hanover, we are looking for Service Owner (m/w/d) for the construction and supervision of SaaS Solutions in full or part-time (from 20h/week). In your new role you work on building and developing our KKH-internal SaaS landscape. You are responsible for the definition of clear processes, the management of our SaaS products, and are therefore essential to enable smooth processes with our customers (m/w/d) through good service. You know excellently in the software market and are you willing to take care of the entire life cycle process of our SaaS products from deployment to operation? From A to Z: You develop and optimize the software launch, implementation and operation of SaaS (Public Cloud) products. The threads are merged with you: you accompany the entire life cycle process for SaaS products, coordinate the connection of the corresponding software and manage the maintenance of the software catalog (LeanIX and Ivanti). The overall picture in mind: When developing and coordinating the product strategy and vision for the KKH SaaS portfolio, you will focus on the applications for employees. Always up to date: you keep the trends in mind and know the market for new features and products. You are also in regular exchange with software providers. We are counting on you: You actively support the requesters (m/w/d) in administrative preparation for software purchase.

You have a successfully completed degree in (economic) informatics, a similar course of study or bring comparable qualifications (e.g. from IT support) and relevant professional experience. You know the characteristics and specifics of SaaS/public cloud products and bring knowledge in the integration of SaaS products into existing IT infrastructures. You have a strong technical understanding and are able to clearly define and prioritize requirements. Your excellent communication skills make it easier for you to identify needs, analyze problems and develop appropriate solutions across departments and addressees. Your own initiative and team spirit are yours. You are proactive in the further development of the product and, together with your team, promote the design and optimization of our processes. Ideally, you have first experience in handling and using Ivanti and LeanIX.
