As a dedicated STACKITEER, you are part of the STACKIT Products division. Our products and services are developed, tested and improved here.

Your tasks

• Creation, processing and maintenance of technical documentation that STACKIT represents as a reliable partner
• Documentation for cloud-based products and services (e.g. product descriptions, user manuals, online help, tutorials, whitepaper, API documentation)
• Conception and structuring of content taking into account the target group and the respective media formats
• Close cooperation with development teams and product experts to make complex technical information understandable
• Adapting documentation in response to customer feedback
• Cooperation with developers, internal stakeholders and other editors to ensure the consistency, quality and usability of the documentation
• Research and analysis of technical information
• Constant improvement and further development of documentation standards, tools and processes

Your profile

• Complete study in the field of technical editorial, computer science, communication or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience as a technical writer, ideal in the cloud environment *Responsible knowledge in handling common editorial systems and content management systems
• Remarkable: Very good understanding of IT and cloud technologies (e.g. SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, Virtualization, Containerization)
• Excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Ability to present complex technical facts concisely and understandably
• High self-initiative, team capacity and communication strength
