Your profile

• Completed training as machining mechanic (machine milling) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience as a CNC milling cutter
• Secure handling of drawings, measuring devices and common CNC controls
• Knowledge of CAM/programming, material science and tool technology desirable
• Detectionable practice in setup, process monitoring and quality testing of milling parts

Your future responsibilities

• Set up, run and operate CNC milling machines (3-/5-axis)
• Milling of components according to drawing including tool selection and parameter adjustment
• Monitoring of production and measurement, shape and position testing
• Optimization of programs, clamping devices and machining processes
• Documentation of production characteristics, deviations and rework
