The position is to be taken in the Department of Patient Management and Accounting of Division 1 – Finance and Patients – at the next possible time. Your tasks: You represent and support the field management, in particular in the design of the work organisation and the failure management. Concepts concerning the subject area are prepared and implemented by you. You record the personal data of the patients in the hospital system and assign the patients to the respective specialist departments. You plan and coordinate patient appointments. Diagnosis and billing services are collected by you. You will also create and process fault logs, test lists and accounting documentation. You have many communication interfaces: patients, relatives, doctors, employees in care and in transport and rescue services. Patient records are maintained by you and treatment documents are managed.

You are medical specialist / medical specialist (MFA) or Doctor helper / doctor helper or merchant in health care. You involve relevant knowledge in provisions, laws, regulations and treaties of the health insurance system. Experience with ORBIS / NICE is beneficial; Knowledge of MS Office products and, in particular, professional handling of Outlook are indispensable. You know the basics of outpatient accounting methods and have medical knowledge regarding the correct assignment to the discipline. You convince us with your very good understanding and your strong understanding of relationships. Reliability, friendly and safe occurrence, high communication skills and team skills are required. You bring the willingness to work in early, late and night care as well as weekends. The legal provisions require a valid proof of the measles' immunity.
