Our Visceral Medical Center Cologne is the interdisciplinary link between our modern, powerful clinics for internal medicine, gastroenterology and infectiology at the hospital of Augustinian women and the clinic for general, visceral, and tumor surgery with the locations at the hospital of Augustinian women and the Hildegardis Hospital as well as the joint clinics of the Cellitinnen Hospitals. In our Visceral Medical Center we have extensive expertise in pancreas, liver, and colonial surgery and place great emphasis on a holistic treatment of our patients. We appreciate the close cooperation of all professional groups medical, nursing, therapeutic and psychological – for the benefit of our patients. It is important for us to ensure regular psychooncological care. In addition to our oncological specialist sisters, we are looking for a dedicated and empathic psychologist who is ideally trained in psychooncology or in further education.

We are an academic teaching hospital of the University of Cologne and have 300 plan beds with the clinics for general, visceral, thorax and accident surgery, gynecology and birth aid, internal medicine with the focus on gastroenterology/infectiology, cardiology and internalist intensive medicine as well as pneumology and respiratory medicine, orthopedics, anaesthesia. Graduate of Psychology (Master or Diploma) or Doctors of Human Medicine or Diploma / Master in Social Education qualified for a scientifically recognized psychotherapy procedure, each with Psychotherapeutic training and Completed or commenced psychooncological training (DKG recognized) Experience in working with oncological patients High psychosocial and communicative competence, empathic attitude and resilience Self-employed, structured and responsible work Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation and team work
