Field of activity

Our department DRV-IT DSRV & Services at the Würzburg site coordinates the information technology in the German pension insurance. The Central Services section is responsible for all internal and external services. These include the central office, the writing service, the authentication agency/hostline as well as basic tasks, such as IT procurement and IT contract management for all pension insurance institutions. We coordinate IT procurement processes by acting as a link between applicants and stakeholders as well as being available as contact persons for all questions about IT procurement.

Your tasks

• Responsibilities of the cross-subsidiary IT contract management: first installation of the contract, monitors and tracks of demand utilisation, answering questions from various customers to contractual contents, initiation of increases or New invitations
• Controlling and monitoring of contracts over the entire contract cycle
• Exploiting potential savings through consolidation audits of existing contracts
• Initiating new contracts
• Maintain and develop contract management tools
• You are contact person*in for questions of our stakeholders, e.g. internal and medium-sized customers and our contractors

Your profile

• Successfully completed higher education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in the field of economics or business administration or in the IT field or a comparable qualification (e.g. specialist) with first job-relevant professional experience or
• a successfully completed training in the field of law (e.g. lawyers, etc.) or finance (e.g. Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finance, bank clerk/bank clerk) with long-term job-relevant professional experience
• Multiannual job-relevant experience in contract management, ideally in IT
• Knowledge in the field of public procurement is desirable
• An analytical and structured way of thinking and working is required
• Communication strength, empathy and solution and process orientation complete your profile
