Further development of the quality management system: You plan and control the continuous development of the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, including the maintenance and further development of the quality management manual as well as the SOP and document structure. Organisation of audits: You independently coordinate the preparation and preparation of certification audits according to ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 and actively accompany them on site. Customer audits within the framework of medical devices according to ISO 13485 are also part of your responsibility. Development of risk analyses: You are responsible for the creation and approval of risk analyses. KPI management: You raise, analyze and interpret quality-relevant key figures and prepare them for target groups. In addition, you’ll create meaningful reports (e.g. management reviews) and thereby manage potential improvements. Regulatory tasks: You continuously monitor legal and normative changes and evaluate their relevance for existing processes. This will guide you to the necessary measures and coordinate their structured implementation in the company. Processing of customer topics: You act as a competent contact person for external customers with quality-relevant questions and all themes related to the quality management system.

Training and experience: You have a successfully completed study or vocational training with multi-year relevant professional experience, e.g. in quality management, medical technology or technical editorial. Quality awareness: You have a high understanding of quality and a structured handling of documentation as well as joy in designing and optimizing processes. Knowledge of Revised Standards: You have experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. Motivation and competence: You show motivated, committed and competent appearance, keeps a cool head and keeps quiet even in stressful situations. Communication skills: and language skills: You bring extremely good moderation and communication skills as well as flexibility and have very good German and English skills in word and writing Experience and readiness for continuing training: continuing training on QMB and initial audit experiences are desirable IT knowledge: You have good MS Office knowledge
