MBQX (Mercedes-Benz Quality eXperience) – an innovative AI-based platform that combines distributed quality data from different systems in a central digital workspace. Your responsibilities in our interdisciplinary team of experts: UI/UX design: Development of intuitive surfaces and interaction concepts Customer Journeys: Analysis and Construction of meaningful User Paths with the Personas in Production Mediale Communication: Creating materials for rollout in international works (e.g. presentations, videos, tutorials) Cooperation in an agile team and close coordination with developers Process Digitalization and Harmonization: Support in Identification, Specification and Conception of New Use Cases for Process Digitalization and Harmonization The activity can begin from September 2026.
