As part of the goDIGITAL.CREDIT major project, a new contract and damage system will be introduced for credit and security insurance. In addition to the development of the loan-specific core application, this also includes the integration and further development of modules and systems of the comprehensive IT architecture of the VHV. The renewal of the austerity system is subject to technical compulsion, as the host-based infrastructure is at the end of its life cycle and old applications must be replaced. In addition, changing market requirements (in particular increasing competition, changing customer and broker needs, limited labour market) create a growing demand for automation and digitization to achieve the medium and long-term strategic objectives.
