Leadership, development and motivation of the QS team with a focus on uniform process and complaint processing Ensure an effective and working quality management system at local level Development, implementation and further development of qualitative processes to ensure the quality of purchasing and self-made parts Definition and communication of local quality objectives and monitoring their achievement and effectiveness Responsibility for complaint management, including damage analyses and assessment of causes, statistical evaluations, and introduction and follow-up of improvement measures Monitoring the qualification of products and processes and compliance with internal and external requirements Optimization and further development of the KPI system with focus on non-Quality costs, in particular reject and post-work rates Ensuring the timing of inspection plans, sampling and release processes to ensure stable production processes Training and awareness of employees in quality-related topics as well as support for other locations in quality topics

Complete technical studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in quality management, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company leadership experience and competence in the development and motivation of teams Knowledge of quality assurance and quality management methods and corresponding standards (DIN EN ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) Training in quality management or quality technology, ideally with knowledge in statistical procedures Qualification required as auditor Knowledge in 3D measurement technology, including application of common measurement systems and evaluation of complex measurement data Good knowledge of the SAP QM module and safe handling of MS Office Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing High technical understanding for the analysis and improvement of products and processes Impressed communication strength, enforcement capacity and self-initiative Structured, methodical and process-oriented thinking with clear solution orientation Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
