Support for the approval and commissioning of external service providers Ordering and controlling activities for the department Support of engineers in the creation and maintenance of project documents Creation, coordination and implementation of processes Planning, coordination and follow-up of appointments and internal events Support of the onboarding process Support for bookings of seminars, trainings and business trips

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a similar qualification First professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an internationally operating company Knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of SAP is desirable Good English knowledge of word and writing Technical affinity Embossed communication and team skills Very good organizational and planning capacity as well as fun in cooperation in international teams
