As an employee with the focus on logistics and warehouse, the responsibilities essentially include: acceptance and dispatch of all types of materials – Self-fulfilment including visual and quantity controls, system bookings and clarification of differences – Tracking of shipments and clarification of transport operations

Tool logistics – acceptance and dispatch of tools incl. Packaging according to specifications and export declaration as required – Implementation of system bookings, tracking and clarification of tool-specific transport operations

Material handling and delivery – Processing and booking of material delivery and return – Deposit of goods or provision on the aircraft/handrailer – Pickup and transfer of material within and outside the airport area – Management of material resources and implementation of physical inventory

Consumption and resources – Output, withdrawal and booking of materials for project orders – Daily inventory control, notification of deviations and filling of the hand bearings

Shipping preparation according to ATA Spec 300 – Professional packaging of goods and tools and handover to logistics service providers

Processing of returns – Monitoring, booking and handling of Core Returns, Unused Returns and DOA Returns

Material delivery for maintenance projects – Ensuring demand-oriented and timely storage or Providing/transmitting aircraft maintenance projects – also in coordination with Team Lead or Supervisor Materials

Compliance with relevant regulations and standards – compliance with work regulations, accident prevention, hazardous substances and environmental protection and quality assurance standards – Ensuring order, cleanliness and compliance with operational standards in the workplace

Transport disposition and customs requirements – Organisation of import and transit operations in compliance with customs and hazardous goods regulations

Continuous Improvement & Special Tasks – Feedback to the Team Lead to optimize the material delivery process – Take over special project tasks according to instruction

Complete vocational training or further training in the field of logistics, warehouse management or forwarding

Valid forklift

Practice-proven user knowledge in ERP and goods management systems

Basic knowledge of English in Word and Writing

Impressed team capacity and high communication readiness

Physical resilience and readiness to physically demanding activities

High level of service orientation and customer focus

Layer serviceability in two-shift operation (break/stop) between 06:00 and 23:15, Monday to Saturday

Class B valid driving permit
