Self-employed and self-responsible construction of regional high and turnkey projects Control of the construction process and the construction site results Ensuring the technical and qualitative objectives of the project Classification and management of your own commercial staff Construction and equipment deployment planning in coordination with the polisher Competent contact for the client Technical coordination with superstructure and area management Creation of monthly billing in cooperation with project businessmen

Completed degree in civil engineering or comparable technical training Extensive knowledge in raw materials and Turnkey Good knowledge of common MS Office applications as well as in the billing/calculation program (ideally RIB iTWO) Business thinking and acting Negotiating skills and enforcement Team spirit as well as an independent, committed and responsible way of working complete your profile
