Your role Self-responsive and independent commissioning, maintenance, repairs, system removals as well as other on-site service activities.

Ensure and optimize the technical and physical performance data of our systems with our customers.

As a competent respondent and solution provider for complex technical questions of our customers.

Working in partnership with our customers and actively identifying potentials for further development and optimisation of customer systems.

You have a successfully completed technical training as well as a further training as a state-tested technician: in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or mechanical engineering, alternatively a comparable higher qualification.

You have professional experience in the relevant environment and good expertise in optics, digital electronics and mechanics

You have an affinity for digital technologies (IT and software) and are safely converted with common PC applications as well as customer-related service software.

You convince with pronounced customer and service orientation, communication strength and a professional, binding occurrence

You bring very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing and communicate safely with customers and international colleagues.

You bring the willingness to travel in Germany, as well as a high degree of self-organisation and flexibility in the field.
