Facility Coordinator (m/w/d)

We are looking for you as a versatile and flexible new facility coordinator in the area of heating, ventilation, sanitary and refrigeration technology. This function requires a combination of craft skills and organizational skills to ensure a safe and smooth working environment.

Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance and maintenance orders and external service providers

Regular object visits, as well as responsibility for adjustments and modifications

Self-employed and responsible implementation of minor entertainment and repair work in and around the building

Support and optimization of heating, ventilation, sanitary and refrigeration technology at Innovation Square

Creation and optimization of processes and processes in the Facility Management area for the HLSK
