The Department of Occupational Surgery at Vivantes Auguste-Viktoria-Klinikum includes clinics for special orthopaedic surgery and trauma surgery, spine surgery, shoulder surgery and plastic and hand surgery. It has the training authorization for specialists in orthopaedics and trauma surgery as well as the further authorization for special orthopaedic surgery and special accident surgery. This covers both basic training of surgery (six months) and specialist training in orthopaedics and trauma surgery (six months).
