Product Owner PIM (m/f/d)

Design the future of our product data management with us. As Product Owner PIM (m/w/d), you play a key role in the further development of our system landscape and actively promote the strategic realignment of our PIM. You connect specialist areas and IT, create transparency in complex requirements and ensure that data creates real added value

Transformation: You accompany the strategic realignment of our PIM system based on Stibo STEP and actively shape the associated change processes in the company. Backlog Management: You capture, prioritize and maintain the Product Backlog in close coordination with departments, IT and external partners - transparent, structured and value-oriented. Requirements management: You derive requirements, formulate precise user stories and define clear acceptance criteria as the basis for efficient implementation. Data Quality & Governance: You ensure the quality of our product data, develop data models and establish sustainable governance processes in the PIM environment. Testing & Rollout: You plan and coordinate tests, accompany Go-Lives and Deployments and ensure a smooth transition to operational operation. Enablement: You train and support internal stakeholders and enable them to use the system optimally and profitably.

Experience: You have at least two years of professional experience in product information management or in a comparable function and bring well-founded practical knowledge from the PIM environment. System competence: You are routined in handling PIM systems - ideally with Stibo STEP - and move safely into complex system landscapes. Method thickness: You are characterized by a high IT affinity and bring experience in project management and working with agile methods. Working methods: You work independently and structured, proceed analytically and solution-oriented and combine strategic thinking with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
