Together with colleagues, you acquire new projects, convince with know-how and empathy, and actively introduce your ideas into order clarification.

As part of the customer-individual solutions team, you develop innovative concepts and practical approach models that make the change tangible and successful.

You work closely with our internal experts and well-known cooperation partners from consulting, training and science – interdisciplinary and forward-looking.

You stay at the heart of time: you follow current trends, dive into new developments and introduce fresh impulses into our work and those of your customers.

What you should bring: A successfully completed study in the field of business management, business psychology or a well-founded training in change management.

Multiannual experience in implementing transformation and culture projects – with visible successes and real learning effects.

The ability to shape, control and sustain complex transformation processes in line with the values and principles of our customers.

Sovereign appearance, communication strength and a fine feeling for dynamics in groups – you bring people together and also moderate big workshops with ease.

A strikingly filled method case: from systemic approaches to change tools to agile working methods – you know when what works.
