Daily Business Support: Support our contract managers in Sales/Contract Management Europe in their daily tasks and experience the practice close. Contract check: Help in the processing and testing of customer-specific requirements and contracts to ensure everything runs smoothly. Meetings & Brainstorming: Actively participate in international meetings and contract meetings and introduce your fresh ideas. Develop model contracts: work on the development of model contracts and contractual clauses as well as process instructions for the operational areas. Project support: Support for exciting projects and actively contribute to the further development of our contractual strategies. Teamwork & Coordination: Coordinate and agree with the specialist departments on contract topics to ensure smooth cooperation.

Education: Study of law, corporate lawyer (LLL.B./Staats-examen), economic law or a comparable degree programme: You are in the middle of your studies and ready to put your theoretical knowledge into practice. Microsoft Office Pro: You know best with Word and the other Office tools and use them like a professional. Your knowledge of German and English is top, and you can express yourself safely in both languages. Self-responsibility: You work independently and structured, keep an overview even in stressful situations and always find a solution. Communication professional: You are contactful, have a quick understanding and can easily insert yourself into a team. Engaged all-rounder: commitment, flexibility and self-initiative are self-evident, and you are always ready to accept new challenges. The internship is a mandatory part of your studies and you are available for a period of at least 4 months, also longer (up to 6 months).
