Together we work on a newly developed thermoelectric generator, integrated into an 18 kW pellets boiler, which in future generates not only heat but also electricity. The goal is an intelligent pellets boiler that delivers energy when the sun and the wind pause. The first prototypes are already running – now it is about bringing together technology, regulation and practice. The focus is on intelligent control strategies, system optimization and innovative solutions for heat exchanger cleaning. And here you come into play: You are working on a specific technical development topic about our power-generating pellets boilers You analyze the state of the art and provide an overview of current developments and technologies You explore real technical systems, identify optimization potentials and develop your own solutions You define goals and procedures together with us – from the first idea to practical implementation You carry out calculations, simulations, measurements or experiments and connect theory with real application You evaluate results critically, draw sound conclusions and guide concrete action recommendations You present your findings in a comprehensible and practical way, creating real added value for further development In short, no theory for the drawer, but real development work on a technology with the future. You take responsibility, work on prototypes, develop your own solutions and actively shape the energy supply of tomorrow

You are studying supply technology, heating, environmental and energy technology, mechanical engineering, process engineering or a comparable technical course and have already successfully completed at least three semesters Regenerative heat generation delights you. You want to understand, test and develop how modern and sustainable heating systems work in practice Thermodynamics, flow technology, energy technology or combustion technology are more than theory for you – you want to see how genuine products and solutions arise from this First experiences with pellet boilers are of advantage, but no need. More important are your curiosity, your technical understanding and your will to work on new topics A completed SHK training is a plus and helps you understand and develop technical relationships directly at our plants You have fun analyzing technical questions, questioning assumptions and developing better solutions You work independently, structured and responsibly and want to take over tasks whose results are actually implemented You bring your own ideas, ask the right questions and like to work with other innovative solutions You are looking for an environment in which testing, commemoration and curiosity are explicitly desired Since a large part of the work takes place together with our team on site, you are ideally living in the Stuttgart region or around Dettenhausen The proximity to the technology center is required so that you can work regularly on site on our projects In short, you are a technology enthusiast, like to think one step further and want not only to look at, but to actively participate in the development of modern heat technologies.
