Responsibility for the acquisition and development of Facility Services projects in the West Germany region and the achievement of the goals for order intake according to Business Plan Consulting existing and new customers with a focus on technical building management and services Feasibility assessment regarding the content of the project and the existing resources in consultation with the departments Construction and personnel responsibility for the regional sales department (calculation and sales services) Implementation of sales planning and sales control Close cooperation with the sales functions of the other business units Continuous development of the sales process and sales management Identification, incorporation and coaching of new and existing sales staff

Your profile - you should bring:

• Complete technical studies in the field of engineering, industrial engineering, utility technology, facility management (FM) or comparable, alternatively a technician or master in a TGA structure with FS/FM Experiences
• Multiannual professional experience in service, plant engineering, facility management or building energy management; ideally first leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of German and good English skills
• Embossed communication and network skills combined with an independent working method
• Valid driving licence of class B and readiness to travel in West Germany
