As a development engineer (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

In this position, you will develop new functions, future concepts or entire machines for expanding the product portfolio in cooperation with the product-driven area.You will take over the technical leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary teams in the development projects you are responsible for. They run projects and are responsible for the entire development process from concept to product transfer in cooperation with the departments. They coordinate the development process through project management, control milestones, costs and appointments and perform a classic project reporting.They perform organisational tasks within the project, such as review meetings and concept workshops. In addition, you regularly agree with the Product Owner of the respective products.They bring together information and create a burdensome responsibilities that form the basis of the development process.In addition to the production of feasibility studies to integrate new technologies, you conduct sponsor research, competitive and benchmark analyses.With your in-depth knowledge, you are competent for internal and external customers, clients and project partners. You have successfully completed your engineering studies in mechanical engineering or mechatronics.They have an interdisciplinary way of thinking about mechanics, electrical engineering and process engineering with the focus on the customer-oriented overall function.They are convinced with project experience in the pharmaceutical environment and in the leadership of project teams.With your structured, creative and goal-oriented approach as well as a quick understanding, you can work quickly and deeply into technical topics.
