As a production employee (m/w/d), you are an important member of the team and play a key role in the production of high-quality products. In a modern production environment, you work in 3-shift operation and perform a variety of tasks that require your attention and commitment. From machine operation to quality control, your work is indispensable for the continuous supply of top products. You will work with different machines, equip them and ensure the quality of the products produced.

• Operation of production machines to ensure smooth operation

• Conducting regular quality controls to comply with standards
• Care and cleaning of your workstation and machines
• Compliance with all security policies and requirements

We are looking for

To work successfully as a production employee (m/w/d), you need basic skills and qualifications. This position is also suitable for beginners who are ready to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. In addition to your motivation and willingness to work in shiftwork, there are some requirements that you should bring:

• Completed schooling or comparable qualification
• First experience in production or handling machines would be beneficial
• Ready to work in 3-shift operation
• Good understanding of technical processes and rapid understanding
• Reliability and team capability
• Physical resilience
• Basic knowledge in German to understand instructions
