Senior Controller (m/w/d) - Hospital Controlling

For one of the largest clinicians in Europe, we are looking for an experienced and motivated senior controller (m/w/d). As a commercial impulse provider, you focus on active project controlling and the interface reporting to the corporate mother. Responsibility for active project controlling group-wide efficiency programs, with focus on financial management and reporting.

Interface reporting to the corporate mother to ensure transparent and consistent communication.

Proactive support of digitalization and transformation projects to optimize commercial processes.

Keep in mind the Big Picture: You control projects across all operational units, not just in the clinics.

Creating and developing reports and dashboards for top management, including deep analysis.

Conception and implementation of sustainable earnings improvement measures in close coordination with local managers.

Completed study of business management or a comparable degree programme.

Professional experience in controlling, ideally in the hospital environment or in a similar project-oriented role.

Hands-on-Mentiality: You bring a proactive and self-confident approach to edit tasks independently and actively shape the role.

Analytical excellence: You have a pronounced analytical ability and the ability to quickly capture and to prepare complex facts.

Communication strength: Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and good English skills are essential to interact safely with different stakeholders.

True interest in the sector: your motivation for the change comes from curiosity to the health sector and the enthusiasm for the unique challenges of this role.

An attractive overall package with a salary of €70,000 – €90,000.
