Deputy Management / Production Management (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) - Manufacturing & Lean Management Location: 72348 Rosenfeld

Support for the management and organisation of the five production areas, maintenance, logistics center, production logistics and work preparation Control and monitoring of production with focus on quality, timing and productivity as well as active participation in the daily shopfloor management further development of the organisation of operations and management culture as well as optimisation of processes through the targeted expansion of lean management and CVP initiatives Responsibility for projects for the continuous improvement of production processes as well as accompanying series approaches and coordination of investment, automation, rationalization and digitization projects Ensuring and further developing efficient production processes in close cooperation with the interface departments Construction and Development, Purchasing, Quality Assurance and Industrial Engineering Responsibility for the operational implementation of strategic corporate targets in the production environment Monitoring and control of production characteristics (KPIs) and carrying out analyses and derivation of measures to increase efficiency in cooperation with production controlling

Complete technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification focusing on manufacturing processes, production control or lean management Multiannual leadership experience in industrial production with demonstrable successes in the optimization of production processes Funded knowledge in production processes, lean management and continuous process optimization Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-initiative and solution-oriented and analytical methods Communication strength, enforcement ability and a strong team orientation Secure handling of ERP systems (ideally SAP) and common office applications
