Purpose of heading In this role, you support our customers (pharmacists:inside and pharmaceutical-technical assistants) in enquiries about pharmaceutical formulation/compounding formulations – including individual formulation adaptations, professional queries and documented solutions.

Customer service / Technical Support first specialist contact person for customer requests; Construction and maintenance of professional customer relationships. Proactive, solution-oriented processing of enquiries using available resources/references – with high quality standards. parallel processing of several processes; if necessary, in-depth research on the technical protection and individualization of answers. Administrative monitoring of processes: work in the CRM system, examination of membership status, collection and follow-up of individual recipe requests. Care of knowledge and documentation systems (e.g. formulation database, Q&A database, conversation/interface documentation, internal documents). Cooperation with external consultants:inside/consultants to clarify complex issues (if necessary). Scientific work / Technical Writing Conducting scientific literature research to support internal and external inquiries. Preparation of the results in standardized Q&A/Response formats for transfer to customers. Recipe and formulation review (Formula Review) Support of the formulation team by pre-researchers for individual recipe requests. Participation in the review process: Testing of stability, plausibility, compatibility/exchange effects, dosages/calculations as well as relevant legal and technical conditions (depending on request). Vote with the formulation team and the releasing pharmacist to alter existing formulations. Compilation of all relevant information on the formulation in an electronic file. Advice of customers:inside to recipe revisions/updates. Research and Knowledge Management Screening of national and international literature. Quarterly summary of selected literature and disclosure to Regulatory Affairs. Other tasks Close cooperation with internal teams to answer internal enquiries and support special projects. Contribution to monthly metrics for customer-specific activities. Take over further tasks as required.

University degree in chemistry, pharmacy or a scientifically related subject. Knowledge of relevant regulations/guidelines of advantage (e.g. Ph. Eur., DAC/NRF, ApBetrO, AMWHV, EU-GMP Guide). 1 to 5 years of professional experience in customer service and/or in the pharmaceutical environment (e.g. pharmacy laboratory, analytical laboratory, pharmaceutical/pharmaceutical industry). Practical knowledge of chemistry/pharmaceuticals/receptor production of advantage. Very good communication skills; fluent German and good to very good English knowledge (orally/written) required. Excellent service orientation, very good listening and professional appearance. High quality awareness, detailed orientation as well as analytical thinking and problem-solving competence. Very good time and self-management as well as organizational strength. Very good mathematics skills. Self-working as well as team skills. Secure handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); PowerPoint of advantage.
