Now we are looking for you in full time for the Volvo Group Trucks Service GmbH in Hamburg at the next possible time.

Our workshop is at the centre of our work for you – in this function you carry the organizational responsibility for our processes and division in the workshop. In our company, a 30-member team awaits you, which keeps each other's backs free in everyday life and always have a look at the processes in the workshop and in the camp. Our company manager supports you both in terms of operating and strategic topics and is your support as a firm contact person.

What tasks do you expect?

• In this function you are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the motor vehicle mechatronics (m/w/d) as well as the division of work and shift.
• You process guarantees, maintenance and service contracts, take over the billing of workshop orders and work in accounting.
• You are in continuous coordination with sales.
• As a workshop master (m/w/d), the customer is at the heart of you. For you, all-round customer support includes customer advice, repair acceptance, vehicle control after repair and delivery to the customer.
• The responsibility for the areas of occupational safety and UVV as well as for the compliance and implementation of ISO relevant processes in the workshop area is also your responsibility.

What are you doing?

• A successfully completed master or technician training, preferably in the commercial vehicle sector
• Multiannual relevant professional experience, preferably in commercial vehicles
• Test permissions
• Experience in employee management and personnel planning
• Good business knowledge
• Driving license for trucks and/or buses is advantageous
• High customer orientation, self-employment and team skills
