Supporting the management of accounting in the management of workflows and team development Co-responsibility for the proper production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS Monitoring of accounting processes (creditors, debitors, installations, construction and personnel) incl. Maher Person responsible for accounting and tax issues in the daily business Designing and optimizing processes, systems and interfaces in accounting Ensuring timely payment including voting processes Monitoring and identification of new legal requirements and their implementation in the company Control and monitoring of internal and external audits Deputy Head of Accounting in absence

Completed commercial training, e.g. on/to the tax specialist, with training to the account holder (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or a completed economic study or a comparable qualification The task of corresponding professional experience in a similar position; ideally experience in the real estate industry Knowledge in HGB and IFRS Excellent number affinity and good organizational skills High commitment and enforcement capability Analytical competence and hands-on mentality Very good English skills in word and writing Handling the MS Office Package
