Senior Valuation Manager

Responsibility for the procurement, analysis and validation of assessment-relevant data Implementation of sophisticated portfolio and real estate assessments for transactions, financing and accounting purposesQuality testing of external assessment reports and ensuring compliance with relevant assessment standardsReporting partners for internal disciplines for all issues relating to real estate assessments and performance indicatorsRecovering the quarterly assessment reporting for management and investorsWorking with auditors, Training & qualification: Successful study of real estate management, business management, finance or comparable qualification.Occupational experience: Multiannual practical experience in real estate assessment, ideally in institutional real estate environment, in a consulting company or a real estate investor.Evaluation expert: Funded knowledge of common valuation methods, in particular of yield value, discounted cash flow (DCF), comparative value and value procedures. Accounting knowledge: Good understanding of relevant accounting standards and valuation indicators, in particular IFRS, HGB, Fair Value and EPRA NTA.Market understanding: Funded knowledge in the implementation of market, location and competition analyses.IT competence: Very good Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, ideally VBA); Experience with evaluation software such as Argus Enterprise and knowledge in Yardi are of advantage. Personal competencies: pronounced analytical skills, high numerical affinity, structured working methods as well as a high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility.Communication: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, as well as a safe occurrence towards internal and external stakeholders.
