In order to strengthen our motivated team, we are looking for you as Account Manager (m/w/d) Insurance Internal Services in full time (40 hours / week) at the Frankfurt am Main site as soon as possible.

Implementation and preparation of tenders: You are responsible for the analysis and evaluation of insurance requests as well as for the professional preparation of tenders Customer support in the back office: You take care of documents and data, are the contact person for our policyholders:inside and ensure smooth communication Preparation and participation in annual discussions: You prepare the talks, are in direct contact with the customers and actively support the annual discussion Participation in risk or damage inspections: You are willing to participate in local visits to help customers assess risks or damage

You have completed training as an insurance businessman or insurance specialist:in You have been able to earn 5 years of professional experience in an insurance broker company or in a specialist department at an insurer, ideally in the field of business/industrial In the analysis and preparation of tenders as well as in customer care you are routined and a competent contact person Communication strength and a high level of service orientation are your strengths You are characterized by an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working The willingness to participate in annual talks and visits on site as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing complete your profile
