Vehicle Evaluator & Customer Service Representative – Central Region (m/f/d)

As a vehicle reviewer & customer supporter (m/w/d) – Region Mitte you are flexible at changing locations throughout the region Mitte. You evaluate vehicles professionally and with your know-how, make sure that our customers can rely on quality and reliable results. Vehicle assessment: You check and evaluate vehicles professionally, from body and interior to engine compartment, brakes, suspensions and underfloor. Damage assessment & documentation: Detecting and documenting damages for necessary repairs. Vehicle & equipment control: You identify vehicles on the basis of vehicle papers and relevant databases and balance the existing equipment with the stored specifications. Customer & Partner Services: As a competent contact person, you can help our customers, partners and internal specialist areas with questions about vehicle assessments and processes and communicate your results clearly and customer-oriented. Flexible deployments: Within your region, you can independently handle different customer and large customer orders and support where your expertise is particularly popular. Quality & further development: You actively contribute your practical experience, participate in the optimization of existing processes and assist in the introduction of new customer and production processes.

Your profile: You have completed technical training in the automotive sector and have successfully completed a master qualification in the automotive technology, automotive electrical engineering or body and vehicle construction. Kfz-Know-how: You bring a well-founded technical understanding and can safely assess the condition of vehicles as well as damage to body, interior and technology. Customer orientation: You are professional and binding, you can communicate with different contacts and find pragmatic solutions in challenging situations. Operation: You can organize your operations reliably, work structured and solution-oriented and keep an overview even with changing requirements. Readiness to travel: You are happy to travel and willing to travel within your region. Depending on the use and distance, hotel overnight stays also belong to your daily work.
