As a working student (m/w/d), our four-member team of the regional personnel department supports you in day-to-day business and assists our employees in all relevant personnel topics. This includes: Support for logistical areas in personal, labour law and business constitutional issues Participation in the preparation of work certificates, assessments and written documented disciplinary measures according to the requirements Documents for consultation procedures to the works council Support in the daily care, control and administration of our time management system (gfos) Participation in the correct management of working time accounts, holiday accounts and sick status Support for monthly closing work Preparation of personal accounting documents for central payroll accounting General correspondence and administrative activities in personnel management Cooperation in ensuring and developing our policies and processes Close cooperation with our central HR area in Riedstadt

You are in a full-time study of economics, economics, economic psychology or a comparable degree course – ideally with a focus on personnel First knowledge of human resources and labour law is advantageous Safe handling of the standard office programs User knowledge in a time management system and SAP HR are advantageous Structured, independent and conscientious mode of operation, safe occurrence, organizational talent and communication strength High sense of responsibility and discretion in handling sensitive data Availability from 18–20 hours per week during the semester (up to full time in the semester holidays) complete your profile
