3D modelling HKLS/SHK: creation and processing of 3D technical models in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation BIM-compliant model processing: implementation of the requirements according to the BIM processing plans Model coordination & quality assurance: internal coordination of models and ensuring model quality Mass Extracts & Assembly Planning: Dissipation of Mass Extracts and Assembly Plans from the Special Models Project agreement & coordination: ongoing coordination with project managers and external partners as well as participation in coordination meetings

Qualification: Complete technical training as a technical system planner or technical designer CAD & BIM knowledge: Secure handling of Autodesk Revit as well as knowledge in AutoCAD and Navisworks Professional experience: minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in HKLS / SHK planning or modelling, practical experience in BIM projects Language knowledge: Good language skills in German
