Complete technical training or studies, e.g. in the field of building technology, utility technology, electrical engineering, facility management Multiannual professional experience in technical facility management, in object management or comparable management Very good understanding of technical building equipment and processes in operator management Experience in Budget Responsibility, Cost Controlling and Supply Creation Embossed customer orientation, safe occurrence and communicative strength Structured, solution-oriented working and enjoying the leadership and organisation of teams SAP knowledge in facility management desirable
