supports our gastronomic leadership in the economic and personnel management of the gastronomic sector with about 70 employees. Provides smooth operation in all R&B outlets, and secure and active support to the banquet area. take measures to comply with the current budget/forecast and are responsible for implementing the corporate objectives. actively participate in the innovative development of the R&B offer, taking into account the A-ROSA requirements regarding health-oriented and sustainable orientation. supports personnel development and support in the R&B sector. continuously participates in the cross-departmental process optimization. the R&B has a view of costs and goods operations. ensures optimal personnel deployment planning in all departments of the area.

A completed gastronomic training and/or a completed study (focus on business management or hotel management) as well as several years of professional and first leadership experience A high level of expertise A representative and motivating leadership style A sincere hospitality and service orientation A structured, quality and responsible way of working A high analytical and strategic thinking capability Ready-to-use and organizational talent Communication and team skills
