Commercial employee building management and real estate management (m/f/d)

CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Planning and control of maintenance work: You coordinate and monitor administrative maintenance and maintenance measures on technical installations and ensure on-time and economic implementation. You always keep in mind the commercial execution of the measures. Ensuring building security: You ensure compliance with all safety-relevant requirements, such as fire protection, access controls and test obligations, in cooperation with the domestic technology and the integrated management system. Cost, contract and supplier management: You create cost planning, pick up various offers, accompany ordering processes and manage contracts with service providers and suppliers. In addition, you plan modernization and rehabilitation measures. Area and rental management: You coordinate internal transfers, maintain rental properties administratively and agree with owners, landlords and external property management.

You have completed training in the commercial sector (e.g. real estate merchants or office merchants), in facility management or a comparable qualification. You bring professional experience in the administrative management of maintenance and maintenance measures as well as in service provider coordination. You have a good technical understanding for plants and know relevant operator and test requirements. You are safe in handling MS Office products and ERP systems. You appear binding, are enforceable and are understood as a service-oriented interface between internal areas and external partners. You work in a structured, solution-oriented and communication-strong manner - even with several parallel tasks.
