For the digital transformation in auditing, we are looking for attracts across locations starting immediately! As an AI Engineer & Data Science Specialist, you will drive the development and integration of AI-powered applications using foundation models and modern AI techniques. Your focus will be on building scalable, production-ready AI solutions that enhance automation, decision-making, and data-driven services. Your responsibilities include: Designing and integrating AI-driven microservices and automation solutions. Working with models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude) and optimizing them for specific business applications. Deploying and monitoring AI models in production environments. Developing and maintaining RESTful APIs for AI-based applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable and robust AI systems.

Your profile: two to three years of practical experience in AI engineering, including RAG and fine-tuning foundation models. Proficiency in Python or R, with a focus on machine learning and AI applications. Hands-on expertise in NLP, anomaly detection, classification, or time series analysis. Software engineering skills, including clean code, version control, and CI/CD. Familiarity with cloud-based AI solutions (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face). Fluency in English (German is a plus). Nice to Have: Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, or vector databases for AI applications. Experience in DevOps practices for AI systems. Background in accounting or controlling, especially in data-driven decision-making.
